Many of you have visited Blau Manor, and you know that salsa and chips is a staple here. And our fave salsa comes from Religious Experience Foods of Grand Junction Colorado, (God's Country). Linda and I have even had the pleasure of visiting the bunker on the banks of the Colorado River where the stuff is brewed up in vats by ancient and occult means. The company makes four brands of salsa, (the top of the line "Wrath Of God" is the best), as well as habanero and enchilada sauces. This is wonderful stuff, I hope you'll give 'em a try.
