This film clip is actually from a rather weird and obscure comedy movie called International House. I recommend it, although the plot and comedy routines don't always work. Besides Calloway, there are performances by W.C. Fields, Rudy Vallee, Burns & Allen, Bela Lugosi and Baby Rose Marie, (yup, the actress from the old Dick Van Dyke show).
