Always under-rated, Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes have lived for thirty years in Bruce's shadow. And that's a shame. John and the boys are the perfect rock & roll/rhythm & blues soundtrack to a hot, steamy, east coast summer. I've mentioned before that he's not always a consistent performer, but the show Linda and I caught at Merriweather was one of the best concerts we've ever attended.
