Happy Pully Lug Day!

One of the most obscure holidays, and one I'm resurrecting. It's an old English event, that mostly took place in Cumberland & Westmoreland, that occurred the Friday after Ash Wednesday. You're encouraged to run up to people and tug on their ears. Have fun! (And don't look to me for bail...)
