One of the GREAT soul singers. I think Benton's main problem, like Jackie Wilson, was to have record companies and producers that generally couldn't deliver songs up to his talent. Really incredible song from the Spring of '70. My family was travelling over Spring break down South then, (and we really did spend a rainy night in Georgia!).
