I may never drink Sam Adams again, (which will be easy with Stone and Dogfish breweries around...). How the hell does the government let someone copyright a 200 year old patriot's name?!? This is ridiculous! And anyone associating him with brewing as some sort of justification is like associating George Washington with powdered wigs - true, but hardly defining.
