Is it particularly bright for a legislator to admit that he simply can't concentrate on driving if there's a possibility of seeing a rubber replica of a man's testicles? Is it any less bright to insist he's going to buy some for himself and "bring them out here and show them to you"? Thanks, but I'm busy tomorrow....
