I feel so blessed to have caught this TV special the one and only time it was broadcast. In a medium full to the brim with crap, the Star Wars Christmas special still ranks as one of the all-time worst abominations to have ever vomited forth from it. A true classic of schmaltzy blather and baldercash. The Jefferson Starship (whom I am quite a fan of) can't even save their little musical interlude. A complete disaster. This is a classic.
