Happy National Escargot Day!

One of my fave foods. Back in my salad days, one would go to Maison de Crepes on a Sunday morning after spending all of Saturday night crawling around Gtown. An escargot crepes with ice tea and a old fashioned glass of triple sec would perk me right up.
