I am somewhat surprised to see Welsh Whiskey invoked for anything. It's damn uncommon, I'd almost call it rare. I used to have to drive all the way down to the wonderful Silesia Liquors to find a bottle of St. David's, (which I don't think is distilled anymore). Regardless, I'm sure I consumed enough to grant me immunity, even twenty years later.
