This story is just so weird all the way around. First of all, what the hell is that illustration of a hand gesture with the article? Why is it there? And did the writer of the article really mean to say that the victim "beat Lecuyer off" ? And the story itself - grunting noises, the note that was both threatening and apologetci, the fact that the victim didn't call the police immediately, etc.
