I've written about this in the past. Normally, stuff like this doesn't do much for me, but I admit to being moved by this, (as I am by Arlington Cemetery* in general). It's quite a somber sight, I can tell you.
*The DC area is full of sights and things to do, of course, but I always recommend half a dozen as being in my "essentials" list - the Washington Monument, Mt. Vernon, the Capitol, the Viet Nam Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial (at night), and Arlington (including the Tomb of the Unknowns).
