Barring intervention from the Governor, (who is just stupid enough to do so...). We can say goodbye to the sniper. My only regret is that his concubine, malvo, isn't going the same way. Instead we'll be taxed to take care of his worthless ass for what will hopefully be a short life full of immense pain. But at least we are safe from from one great danger to life in District. If we can now get rid of the loathesome John Catoe and the METRO board, the second great killer of our citizenry will be out of our way.
