Clearly, Great Britain IS the pristine city on the hill. A land without want and awash in plenty. Without crime, disease, poverty, debt, pollution or ignorance. A Kingdom so overflowing in unneeded cash that it can set up billion dollar speed cameras. I can only stand in awe of such a utopia and congratulate them on being in a state of Olympian Grace.
