People clearly need to calm down. If you're going to call in the polizei everytime you don't understand someone's language, we are in for shitpiles of trouble. Whoever the nervous nellie on the bus was, I can only ask that you please never travel within 50 miles of DC. It is virtually impossible to walk along any of our office or shopping areas for a few minutes without hearing at least half a dozen diffent languages being spoken. The only explosive device present will be your brain going off from the paranoia. For your own safety, stay in white-bread New Hampshire.
