Another Summer in DC....

This week has been something, no doubt about it. As one of my friends put it: Going outside is like walking into a dog's mouth. There is a smoggy haze aound here that makes it look like some sort of nuclear Winter is setting in.
Still, the birds seem to like it and we have quite a few goldfinches and hummingbirds flocking around the Manor. But it's shaping up to be another muggy, ugly Summer.
