Wuss America and the dreaded cupcakes of terror!

I love the brave Conan the Barbarian attitude of the dear snowflake parks department head:  "What if there was work going on that was dangerous?" .  Apparently, if there's major demolitions going on, there's never any warning, unless and until you pay your fee to sell your cupcakes.  The kids need to wise up.  Parks are no place for a cupcake business - sell drugs instead....
