The continuing corruption, incompetence, malfeasance and evil that runs Arlington

It is interesting how the Post lies and says that the management was "ousted".  Nice try, assholes.  The dude was scheduled to retire, and did so.  BFD.  The fact of the matter is that the people who control Arlington, (the Army), don't know shit, and could care less.  No one has been so much as inconvenienced, much less punished, for years and millions of dollars of waste, corruption and mismanagement.  The whole thing sickens me.
