I have run out of adjectives for our society.  "Wussy" just doesn't do it anymore.  "Craven", "cowardly", "big-babies", "whiners", "baby-asses" and "nanny-fied" have all been used, and still seem lacking.  My fear is that "American" may replace them. 
Sigh....
