An attempt to rehabilitate lord haw haw

Sigh. I do not believe in punishing children for what their parents have done. Nor do I expect them to necessarily turn on their parents, regardless of their crimes. So I will excuse this poor woman. But it's all rubbish. Haw haw got let off lightly, death was too quick and not nearly painful or humiliating enough. I couldn't care less how many passports he had, nor what nationalities they were. As for his supposed British "patriotism" - well yes, as long as you fit his aryan ideal of what was British. Otherwise, he'd just as soon shoot you. The guy was a pig, a pardon would be a sign of a deep moral cowardice and mendacity.
