Long-time readers of this column will know of my despising the Swiss and their faux-neutrality.  Their pro-nazi sympathies and actions are well documented amongst serious historians; and their vampiric attitudes towards its victims are something that reserves them a special place in hell.  Oh, and Sweden - you're not too far behind.  Enjoy your sanctimoniousness while you can....
