So, anything that's edible, and could possibly choke someone, is illegal.  That would include nearly all fruits, vegetables, meats, and breads.  What is being done about the Grape Menace???  And what of all the toys, plastic or otherwise, already plastering the landscape?  Monopoly playing pieces - the silent killer....
