Yes, yes.  It's all in good fun, (for undoubted tens of millions of dollars), and it's meant for a "serious" anti-terrorist training.  Right.  Sure.  As an equally serious student of political violence, I just have one question - exactly what historical, current, or future event do the Feds claim can be profitably simulated by hoards of fearless, mindless, brain eating corpses?  Exactly where does this fit into the planning of any so-called terrorist group on the planet?  But then, we get the backup excuse to squander tens of millions of dollars - Ah yes, the imagined pandemic that we're supposed to be sweating about.  Fine.  And so we're going to use the traditional medical and civil controls found in all zombie films - repeating shotguns, chainsaws, Mad Max-like scythe vehicles of doom and whatnot on anyone who comes down with a fever.  All in a Hobbesian-like dystopia of despair.  Yea.  You sure need government training at top dollar for that solution.  How thoughtful.  How advanced.  How hope-inspiring.
