Taking down Christmas decorations

We're busy starting to take down all of our decorations.  It's going to take at least a week, (we're in no great hurry).  As I've written in past, my relationship with the Holiday Season is long, complicated and at times contradictory.  But there is some enjoyment putting them up, (perhaps based on childhood memories of same), and there is a little touch of sadness in taking them back down.
