A nazi guidebook to Britain?

Sometimes, articles like this aren't particularly accurate.  But I am struck by a single booklet details both landmarks for paratrooper drops, as well as where the high command will be living come the conclusion of the invasion - not to mention demolition sites, ,etc.  That makes no sense to me at all, combining disparate functions into a single document.  I'd have an expert check over the physical evidence (paper, ink used, etc.) before bidding on such an object.
