First of all, I love the quote that this celebratory behavior was “against the peace and dignity of the State of Mississippi.”. Perhaps the only time that the words 'dignity' and 'Mississippi' have ever been used in the same sentence. And secondly, the article missed the truly big story here: someone graduated from high school in Mississippi....
