The Kaiser VS America

I seem to remember reading more details about this about 40 years ago.  The plan sounded foolish in the extreme.  The idea was to capture New York City, sit back, and wait for America to surrender, with about one tenth of its land mass under the control of the Germans!  It shows the contempt they had for the States, and the idiocy of being led by inbred spoiled brats.
