I honestly wonder if there's any nightmare fantasy that I could come up with that christers and republicans wouldn't believe in and promulgate.  Anything?  The earth is flat.? The earth is hollow?  The earth is both flat and hollow?  Invisible robots control us?  Or jesus rode a dinosaur to Calvary?  Obama controls the various factions of the kkk?  British royalty are lizards?  Nancy Reagan was a Soviet agent?  Bill Clinton goes out at night to garrote Arkansas state troopers?  These people are mentally ill.  Period.
