Russian subs fail

This is interesting from several points of view. The first is that it puts a real dent in the Soviet, er, Russian's ability to sell their submarine technology to folks like India and China.. Secondly, the fact that we're advertising that we can find their subs is somewhat unusual. These things are usually kept close to the vest, as it were. A bit of a mystery.
