Well, maybe. I'm kinda cynical about stuff like this. I would like to point out that this great scholarship does NOT extend to geography. The school is not located in Alexandria, but Fairfax County, (only the mailing address is listed as Alexandria due to an anomaly that goes back to the Civil War - so I guess we're talking a failure in history, too....).
