This is so cool! Besides the whole Cthulhu Mythos thing, I just adore the technology. I've always wanted a cylinder player. Years back, I heard about a guy who built/rebuilt 'em, and even would record new discs to go on them. I always thought that the neatest thing would be have folks come over for a party, set up the player, and suddenly they'd be hearing something like the Velvet Underground or Bruce coming out of the horn. I'm tired of hearing about all this nonsense about back to vinyl - BACK TO WAX, I say!
