Sigh, just another day around the District

This is still an ongoing story, hopefully it will not wind up as serious as it was initially feared to be. The traffic around NoVa is hopelessly snarled right now, besides this incident, there were at least three other major traffic incidents around. I actually had to head over to an area about 2 miles from the Pentagon this morning. But between luck, a lifetime knowledge of the roads and having grown up watching Vanishing Point, I was able to make it there and back with little problems.  As for the millions stuck in traffic, still, it's gonna be a problem.  Their bleached bones will be lining the roads for years to come.
