Happy National Roast Pheasant Day!

Yum!

Haven't had roast pheasant in decades.  There used to be a lovely little Scottish restaurant in Old Town that served it, (Scotland Yard - long gone, now).  That was a regular hangout for Linda and I back when we were dating, and I proposed there.  Yup, I definitely like pheasant.
