Comics and Literacy

Fun stuff!  I always felt that, at least for some folks, getting them into something as basic as comics, could then help one lead them onto what influenced those stories, and then to what influenced those stories, and so on.  To go from comics to the pulps to the gothic and romantic movements in literature, and back to classic mythology.
